Having qualified as a Reiki Practitioner in October 2022, I have found incorporating crystals into my sessions that align to the person receiving the healing, really helps in enhancing the intention and direction of the session.
Helping with rest, relaxation and easing pain among many other benefits the Energy healing can be deeply meditative and relaxing. Like receiving any treatment in person or at a distance you should rest and relax for the rest of the day. Time in fresh air and nature will be very beneficial after too.
